Lambodhara Textile Recommends ₹0.50 Dividend for FY26

The Board of Directors of Lambodhara Textile Ltd has recommended a dividend of Re.0.50 per equity share of Rs.5 each (10% on face value) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This decision was made during the Board Meeting held on May 30, 2026. The dividend, if approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the record date, after deducting applicable TDS.
