Lambodhara Textiles Appoints New Secretarial Auditor

Lambodhara Textiles Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has recommended the appointment of M/s. SSMN & Associates LLP as the new Secretarial Auditor. This appointment is to fill the casual vacancy created by the resignation of M/s. MDS & Associates LLP, effective July 31, 2026. The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and recommended entering into material related party transactions, subject to shareholder approval. The 32nd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2026, with the register of members and share transfer books closed from September 23 to September 29 for dividend eligibility.
