L&T Semiconductor Unveils 40 Products, First SiC Chips

L&T Semiconductor Technologies (LTSCT), a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, has launched 40 new products at SEMICON India 2026. The portfolio focuses on national security, digital sovereignty, and energy resilience, featuring technologies for secure identity, surveillance, and communication. Key highlights include LTSCT's first Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFET platform for high-performance power conversion and a fully designed-in-India BLDC motor controller. These launches aim to bolster India's semiconductor ecosystem and support critical infrastructure and emerging technologies like AI and data centers.
