L&T Transfers Data Center Business to Subsidiary Vyoma for ₹1,400 Cr

Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) has executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vyoma.AI Limited (Vyoma), to transfer its Data Center and Cloud Services Business (DC Business) for ₹1,400 crore. The consideration will be discharged through equity shares of Vyoma. Additionally, L&T has divested its entire stake in another subsidiary, L&T Network Services Private Limited (LTNSPL), to Vyoma for ₹30 crore, also payable in Vyoma equity shares. These transactions are subject to closing conditions. The DC Business contributed ₹36.6 crore in revenue and ₹1,142 crore in net worth in FY 2025-26. LTNSPL will become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of L&T through Vyoma upon closing.
