Latent View Analytics Reconstitutes Audit Committee

Latent View Analytics Ltd has announced the reconstitution of its Audit Committee of the Board, effective immediately. The decision was made via a Circular Resolution passed by the Board of Directors on July 22, 2026. The reconstituted committee includes Dr. R. Raghuttama Rao as Chairperson, Ms. Sudha Sankaran as a Member, and Ms. Pramadwathi Jandhyala as a Member and Whole-Time Director. This change is in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and Section 177 of the Companies Act, 2013.
