Sonal Ramrakhiani Appointed CEO of Latent View Analytics

Latent View Analytics Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Sonal Ramrakhiani as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, effective August 01, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the appointment based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Ramrakhiani brings over 24 years of global experience in IT and ITES sales leadership, operations, and P&L management, having previously held senior executive roles at Wipro Engineering Edge and Tata Technologies. Her appointment is in line with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
