Laxmi India Finance Limited has approved the allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth ₹100 Crore on a private placement basis. The allotment includes 70,000 Series A Debentures aggregating ₹70 Crore and 30,000 Series B Debentures aggregating ₹30 Crore. These NCDs are rated, listed, unsubordinated, secured, transferable, and redeemable, with a face value of ₹10,000 each. The Series A and Series B Debentures will mature in 36 months from their allotment date of September 02, 2026. The NCDs will carry an annual interest of 10.50% payable monthly and are secured by a first and exclusive charge on identified receivables. The issuance is in continuation to a previous board committee meeting outcome dated August 25, 2026.
