LE Lavoir Appoints 2 New Independent Directors, Reconstitutes Committees

LE Lavoir Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on September 22, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Manish Shrichand Bachani and Mr. Parin Shirishkumar Bhavsar as Additional Non-Executive and Independent Directors. The board also reconstituted the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, with the newly appointed directors joining these committees. Additionally, the board approved Material Related Party Transactions with M/s. Grace Marketing, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). An addendum to the AGM notice was also approved to include the regularization of the new directors' appointments and the approval of the RPTs.
