The initial capital infusion for Vimprotech is ₹4,03,00,000 (40,30,000 equity shares of ₹10 each), with LEAP India Ltd holding 100% of the share capital. The company also disclosed the incorporation of another subsidiary, Total International Packaging Solutions Private Limited, for logistics and supply chain support services with an initial investment of ₹1,65,00,000.
