Deep Health AI Acquires 6.37% Stake in Leapfrog Engineering

Deep Health AI India Limited has acquired 90,30,000 equity shares, representing 6.37% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Leapfrog Engineering Services Ltd. The acquisition was made through the open market at a purchase price of INR 22.06 per share. This disclosure is made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total equity share capital of Leapfrog Engineering Services Ltd. remains Rs. 14,17,92,000 both before and after the acquisition.
