Lemon Tree Hotels Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, the Statutory Auditors, issued an unmodified opinion on these results. Additionally, the Board appointed M/s R.
