Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. has received the detailed order from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) on May 22, 2026, regarding the approval granted under Section 31(1) of the Competition Act, 2002. The approval pertains to the acquisition of certain equity shares of Fleur Hotels Limited by Coastal Cedar Investments B.V., and the internal restructuring of the Lemon Tree Hotels group through amalgamations and demerger, as per the Composite Scheme of Arrangement. The company had initially intimated the CCI approval on April 07, 2026.
