Lemon Tree Hotels Signs MoU for ~4000 Keys with Omaxe

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Carnation Hotels Private Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Omaxe Limited. This agreement aims to operate approximately 4,000 keys across multiple key destinations in India, including transit hubs, pilgrimage destinations, and commercial districts. The proposed sites are located in Lucknow, Vrindavan, Amausi, Amritsar, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Kaushambi, and Faridabad. This marks the company's largest single operating arrangement, significantly increasing its development pipeline to nearly 16,000 keys. The collaboration leverages Omaxe's real estate development experience and Lemon Tree's hospitality expertise, aligning with Lemon Tree's asset-light growth strategy.
