Lemon Tree Hotels Signs Two New Properties in Nepal and India

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of two new license agreements for properties in Siddharthanagar, Nepal, and Vijayawada, India. The Lemon Tree Hotel in Siddharthanagar will feature 120 rooms and expand the group's portfolio in Nepal to eight properties. The Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Vijayawada will have 70 rooms, strengthening the group's presence in Andhra Pradesh to 11 properties. Both properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary. These signings are part of Lemon Tree Hotels' strategy to scale its operations in key markets and diversify its portfolio.
