The company will develop a new 100-bed children and women's hospital in Malad, Mumbai, with an estimated project cost of ₹90 Crore. Fountainhead TCHM Healthcare LLP will invest in RWCHPL, acquiring a 24% equity stake. Post-investment, RWCHPL will remain a subsidiary of Rainbow Children's Medicare, which will hold 76% equity. This expansion aims to augment the company's healthcare network in Maharashtra and strengthen its presence in Western India, complementing its Pune facility.
