Lenskart Forms JV with Mingfeng Glassesworld; Approves Amalgamation Scheme

Lenskart Solutions Limited announced the incorporation of a Joint Venture Company in India with China's Mingfeng Glassesworld Limited (MGL) as part of a strategic partnership. This JV aims to manufacture metal spectacle frames in India, enhancing Lenskart's manufacturing capabilities, supply chain efficiency, and promoting local production while reducing import dependence. Additionally, the Board of Directors approved a Scheme of Amalgamation for its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Dealskart Online Services Private Limited and Lenskart Eyetech Private Limited, with Lenskart Solutions Limited. This amalgamation is subject to requisite statutory and regulatory approvals.
