Lenskart Forms JV with Mingfeng Glassesworld for Metal Frame Manufacturing

Lenskart Solutions Limited announced the incorporation of a Joint Venture company in India with China-based Mingfeng Glassesworld Limited (MGL). This strategic partnership aims to bolster Lenskart's manufacturing capabilities for metal spectacle frames in India, enhance supply chain efficiencies, promote local manufacturing, and reduce import dependency. The Board of Directors also approved a Scheme of Amalgamation for its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Dealskart Online Services Private Limited and Lenskart Eyetech Private Limited, with Lenskart Solutions Limited. This amalgamation is subject to requisite statutory and regulatory approvals.
