Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust, through its trustee Platinum Owl C 2018 RSC Limited, has sold 4,00,00,000 equity shares of Lenskart Solutions Limited, representing 2.30% of the total paid-up equity share capital. The sale occurred via an on-market transaction on June 11, 2026. Following this disposal, the trust's holding in Lenskart has reduced from 12.08% to 9.78%.
