SVF II Lightbulb (Cayman) Limited has disclosed the disposal of 4,50,00,000 equity shares in Lenskart Solutions Limited on August 24, 2026. This transaction represents a 2.59% stake and breached the 2% threshold for disclosure under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Following the sale, SVF II Lightbulb's holding in Lenskart has reduced from 9.86% to 7.27%. The shares were sold via the open market. The total equity share capital of Lenskart Solutions Limited remains at 1,73,93,06,168 shares.
