Leo Dryfruits Leases Navi Mumbai Office Space for 36 Months

Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Limited has entered into a Leave and License Agreement for office premises in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. The agreement is for 36 months, commencing November 26, 2026, with a 24-month lock-in period. The premises, approximately 277.07 sq. metres, will be used for business operations. Monthly license fees range from ₹1,35,000 to ₹1,48,838 over the three-year period. A security deposit of ₹5,00,000 has been paid. This expansion is to support the company's operational activities and is not a related party transaction.
