LG Electronics India Appoints Deloitte Haskins & Sells as Statutory Auditors

LG Electronics India Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP as its new Statutory Auditors for a term of five years. This appointment, approved by the Board of Directors based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, will commence after the conclusion of the upcoming 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and extend until the AGM in 2031. The current auditors, M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountant LLP, will conclude their term at the 29th AGM. Additionally, M/s. J.K. Kabra & Co. have been re-appointed as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27. The 29th AGM is scheduled for August 21, 2026.
