LG Electronics India Re-appoints Cost Auditor J.K. Kabra & Co.

LG Electronics India Ltd announced the re-appointment of M/s. J.K. Kabra & Co. as Cost Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. This decision was made by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on July 21, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The remuneration for the cost auditors will be subject to ratification by the company's members at the upcoming 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company also approved the appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term. The 29th AGM is scheduled for August 21, 2026.
