LGT Global Hospitality Declares ₹0.25 Final Dividend for FY26

LGT Global Hospitality Ltd announced that its shareholders, at the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, approved a final dividend of ₹0.25 (Twenty-five Paise only) per equity share of ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the shareholders approved the re-appointment of three Whole-Time Directors: Mr. Tijo Mathew Kurisummoottil, Mr. Sivaji Gollapelli, and Mr. Ramesh Raja. All three directors were re-appointed with effect from September 30, 2026, after retiring by rotation.
