Talbros Engineering Approves ₹3 Dividend for FY26

Talbros Engineering Ltd announced that its members, at the 40th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, approved a final dividend of ₹3.00 per equity share (30%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This recommendation was made by the Board of Directors. The dividend payment, subject to tax deduction, will commence from October 6, 2026. Shareholders holding shares in dematerialized form will receive the dividend based on data from NSDL and CDSL as of September 23, 2026 (Record Date). For physical shares, the payment will be processed after considering valid transmission or transposition requests lodged by the same Record Date.
