Libord Securities Ltd Appoints Mr. Kishan Sharma and Mr. Radhey Shyam Soni as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors

In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Libord Securities Ltd has appointed Mr. Kishan Sharma and Mr. Radhey Shyam Soni as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors. The appointments are subject to the approval of the members of the Company in the ensuing AGM. Mr. Sharma, a Practising Chartered Accountant with around 40 years of experience, and Mr. Soni, a Post Graduate in Commerce and an Ex-Banker with over 45 years of experience, are expected to bring their rich experience and strategic insights to the Company.
