LIC Housing Finance Announces 37th AGM on Aug 28, 2026

LIC Housing Finance Ltd has announced its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 3:30 PM IST via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will cover the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY 2025-26, the declaration of a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share, the re-appointment of a director, and seeking authority for the issuance of Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to ₹55,000 crore on a private placement basis. The record date for dividend eligibility is July 31, 2026, and the cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is August 21, 2026. The remote e-voting period will be from August 25 to August 27, 2026.
