LIC Allots 632.49 Cr Bonus Equity Shares in 1:1 Ratio

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has allotted 632,49,97,701 bonus equity shares of face value ₹10 each in a 1:1 ratio to eligible members. The decision was made by the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee of the Board on June 01, 2026. Following the allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation has increased to ₹12649,99,54,020, divided into 1264,99,95,402 equity shares of face value ₹10 each.
