Linde India Completes Acquisition of ASUs from Tata Steel

Linde India Ltd has successfully completed the acquisition of two Air Separation Units (ASUs) from Tata Steel Limited (TSL) located at TSL's Kalinganagar Phase II Expansion Project. The acquisition was finalized upon the execution of the Conveyance Deed between the two companies. Following the completion, Linde India has commenced the supply of industrial gases to Tata Steel Limited from this newly acquired facility. This move signifies a significant operational expansion for Linde India within the industrial gas sector, particularly in supporting large-scale steel manufacturing operations.
