Linde India Invests ₹69.9 Cr in Zenataris Renewable Energy

Linde India Ltd has invested ₹699,099,984.30 (approx. ₹69.9 Cr) in Zenataris Renewable Energy Private Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of Fourth Partner Energy Private Limited. This investment, made on July 13, 2026, was for the subscription of 82,93,001 equity shares at a premium. This marks the final tranche of Linde India's overall planned investment of ₹105 Crores in the SPV. The investment aims to facilitate the purchase of renewable power under a captive mechanism, contributing to Linde India's renewable energy objectives.
