Lippi Systems Appoints Harilal Patel as Independent Director

Lippi Systems Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Harilal Ratanshibhai Patel as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) for a term of five years, effective September 29, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Patel, a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 29 years of experience, will also chair the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee. The company affirmed that Mr. Patel is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
