Lloyds Engineering Works Ltd Appoints New Independent and Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors

Lloyds Engineering Works Ltd has appointed Mr. Vinay Kumar Tripathi and Mr. Apurva Chandra as Independent Directors for a period of five consecutive years.
