SBICAP Trustee Company Ltd has filed a disclosure under SEBI regulations regarding the pledge of shares in Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd. The pledge was created by Lloyds Metals & Minerals Trading LLP in favour of SBICAP Trustee Company Ltd as Security Trustee for the benefit of lenders.
