Lloyds Metals promoter pledges 3.55% shares for loan

Sky United LLP, a promoter of Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited, has pledged 2,00,00,000 equity shares, representing 3.55% of the paid-up share capital. This pledge was created in favor of SBICAP Trustee Company Limited on August 25, 2026, as security for financial assistance availed by Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited. The pledge became effective from August 26, 2026. This disclosure is made under Regulation 31(1) and 31(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
