Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd has subscribed to 22,340 equity shares of Hexa Energy MH3 Private Limited, representing 12.27% of its issued and paid-up equity share capital. The total consideration for this investment was ₹3,14,99,400. Following this subscription, Lloyds Metals' total holding in Hexa MH3 will increase to 44,681 equity shares, constituting 29.72% of the company's issued and paid-up equity share capital. This update follows earlier intimations regarding the investment and execution of Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreements.
