Lloyds Metals Invests ₹606.76 Cr in Thriveni Earthmovers Subsidiary

Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd has announced a significant investment in its subsidiary, Thriveni Earthmovers and Infra Private Limited (TEIL). The company has been allotted 3,50,00,000 equity shares of TEIL at an issue price of ₹173.36 per share, for a total consideration of ₹6,06,76,00,000. Following this subscription, Lloyds Metals' total holding in TEIL will increase to 73,50,00,000 equity shares, representing 71.89% of the issued and paid-up equity share capital. This update follows an earlier intimation regarding the investment and provides details as per SEBI regulations.
