Looks Health Services Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The meeting will also include a review of the Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditor. Concurrently, the trading window for securities will remain closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared, in line with SEBI regulations and the company's insider trading code.
