Looks Health Services Ltd has announced the resignation of its secretarial auditor, M/s A. Shubhangi & Associates. The resignation is effective immediately, as of September 16, 2026. The company stated that there are no concerns raised by the auditor regarding the management and no material reason for the resignation beyond 'other pre-occupations in other assignments' and 'personal reasons'. The Audit Committee and Board will appoint a new secretarial auditor in due course.
