Lords Chloro Alkali Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Designated Persons

Lords Chloro Alkali Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for its designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in Securities. The closure will be effective from 1st April, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited Financial Results for the quarter and Financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration & approval of the audited financial results will be intimated later.
