Lords Chloro Alkali Limited announced its audited financial results for Q4 and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026. For Q4 FY26, revenue from operations stood at ₹9,764.35 million, with a profit before tax of ₹629.01 million. For the full FY26, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹39,013.70 million and a profit before tax of ₹3,858.75 million. The Board also approved the re-appointment of M/s Nemani Garg Agarwal & Co. as Statutory Auditor for a second five-year term, and appointed M/s D Karamchandani and Co. as Internal Auditor and M/s. Goyal, Goyal & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27.
