Lords Chloro Alkali Re-appoints Auditors; Approves Q4 & FY26 Results

Lords Chloro Alkali Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full financial year ended March 31, 2026. Concurrently, the Board re-appointed M/s Nemani Garg Agarwal & Co. as Statutory Auditor for a second five-year term, from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. M/s D Karamchandani and Co. was appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27, and M/s. Goyal, Goyal & Associates were re-appointed as Cost Auditors for the same fiscal year.
