Lotus Eye Hospital Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Lotus Eye Hospital and Institute Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares by designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the approval of these results will be intimated in due course.
