Lotus Eye Hospital Fined Rs.2,17,120 Each by BSE & NSE

Lotus Eye Hospital and Institute Ltd. has been imposed a fine of Rs.2,17,120 each by BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. This is in accordance with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 due to non-compliance of Regulation 17(1A). The company has already rectified this non-compliance pursuant to approval of the shareholders through Postal Ballot. The fine does not have a material impact on the financial operations of the listed entity.
