LT Foods Sets AGM for Sep 29, Record Date Sep 18 for ₹1 Dividend

LT Foods Ltd has announced the date for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) as September 29, 2026. The company has also fixed September 18, 2025, as the record date for determining shareholder entitlement to a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend was recommended by the Board of Directors on May 14, 2026. If approved at the AGM, the dividend payment will be processed within 30 days of declaration, subject to tax deductions.
