LT Foods Subsidiary Acquires Control of Leev.nu B.V.

LT Foods Ltd, through its subsidiary Nature Bio Foods B.V., Netherlands, has executed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Leev.nu B.V., Netherlands. The acquisition will increase Nature Bio Foods' shareholding in Leev.nu B.V. from 30.00% to 70.75%. Leev.nu B.V. operates in the healthy plant-based snacking food products industry, with a turnover of EUR 6 million, and is known for lentil-based crackers and cakes. This move is expected to diversify Nature Bio Foods' product portfolio and provide access to key Dutch retailers. The acquisition is a cash consideration deal, with an equity value of EUR 1.735 million, and is anticipated to be completed by October 2026. Promoters and promoter group have no interest in the acquired entity, and the transaction is at arm's length.
