Lumax Auto Technologies Reschedules 45th AGM to August 26

Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd has announced a change in the date for its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The AGM will now be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, instead of the previously scheduled Monday, August 24, 2026. This change is due to unavoidable circumstances and was approved by the Board of Directors. Consequently, the cut-off date for determining shareholders eligible to attend and vote at the AGM has also been revised to Thursday, August 20, 2026, from the earlier date of Tuesday, August 18, 2026. The AGM will be conducted through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM).
