Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd has announced a change in the date for its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the corresponding cut-off date for shareholder eligibility. The AGM, originally scheduled for August 24, 2026, will now be held on August 26, 2026, via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. Consequently, the cut-off date for determining shareholders entitled to attend or vote has been revised from August 18, 2026, to August 20, 2026.
