Lumax Industries Reschedules 45th AGM and Cut-off Date

Lumax Industries Limited has announced a change in the date for its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the corresponding cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility to attend and vote. The AGM, originally scheduled for August 24, 2026, will now be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. Consequently, the cut-off date for determining eligible shareholders has been revised from August 18, 2026, to Thursday, August 20, 2026. This rescheduling is due to unavoidable circumstances, as approved by the Board of Directors.
