Lynx Machinery appoints Arti Jain as Independent Director

Lynx Machinery & Commercials Ltd. has appointed Ms. Arti Jain as an Additional Independent Director, effective from May 15, 2026. The appointment was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on the same date, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Ms. Jain brings over 8 years of experience in the Corporate Secretarial field, specializing in Corporate Law and Due Diligence.
