Lynx Machinery: Sunil Surve Appointed Additional Director

Lynx Machinery & Commercials Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Sunil Surve as an Additional Director (Independent) with effect from May 8, 2026. The appointment was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Surve has over 40 years of experience in Accounting and Finance and has served as a board member and at executive levels in listed corporates. He is not related to any Director, promoter, or employee of the Company.
