Lodha Developers Board Recommends ₹4.25 Final Dividend for FY26

The Board of Directors of Lodha Developers Limited approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Concurrently, the Board recommended a final dividend of ₹4.25 per equity share (42.5% on ₹10 face value) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the Board re-appointed Mr. Lee Polisano as an Independent Director for a second term and appointed Mr. Akhil Gupta as an Additional Independent Director. Mr. Satish Shenoy was also designated as Senior Management Personnel.
